Hey dude I know you wont read this for a day or two but heal up soon Bro!
I missed the off its self but it must of been a good'en mate cause there where marks on the track at least 50mtrs long.
If there is anything at all I can do mate just call.

F4i is not bad - will be better with shorter gearing but was pretty happy with the form on sunday.......big thnx to ya for letting me loose on it....

Hope the nurses are bein nice to you and the food isn't too bad and stuff... Was a pretty impressive stack - definitely a jaw-dropper to see u cartwheeling at 100klmph next to your bike...
