COMBINED CLUBS AND FORUMS SYDNEY RIDE Saturday 3 May 2008.

Following on from the huge success of its inaugural QLD ride, TWISTS, the new global motorcycling club, is organising its first Sydney event. Boxer suggested I post this up here to see if any of you have interest within this.

This event includes a combined clubs and forums ride from Sydney along the Putty Road, raffles and prize giveaways, and finishes with an BBQ get together and prizes in Hornsby (Address TBA at Roadwarriors)

The idea of this ride is to get all of the Sydney motorcycle rider community together to enjoy one of Sydney's favourite roads, meet some old friends and make some new friends... and have some fun!!

Oh yeah ... I think you guys would be so awesome to have on this ride. It'd be wicked to have some stunts happening on the day.
Which reminds me ... Who do I speak to here about advertising your site on Twists?

For those attending the ride and after party the raffle prizes have just been delivered.
1st prize - Continential Tyres
2nd prize - Nolan Helmet
3rd prize - Motoline Riding Boots

There are 18 prize packs to be won in the raffle, from the prizes above the various other items such as t-shirts, hats, mugs, stickers and posters.
Raffle tickets are $5.00 and can be purchased on the day of the ride or prior to the ride, just PM me.

After get together location has been changed .... To closer location than the city for reasons fo parking and bike safety. Location for the BBQ and raffle prizes drawings is in Hornsby and address TBA at Roadwarriors on the day.

EDIT TO RIDE FINISH SPOT:

Finishing up now at Roadwarriors. BBQ and Raffle to be drawn. If you want to purchase raffle tickets on the day come see me.
Had a few issues trying to get Halfway house to stock fuel for us, they can't confirm or deny they will have fuel 8| So please fill up prior, we will have some extra fuel on board the support vehicles for emergencies.
Please confirm if you are staying for the BBQ so I can cater accordingly.

Hi,

I just got notification that this ride has been postponed to the 15th of June 2008. Numerous circumstances have led to this happening. Hope to see everyone at the ride on 15th June.
